Forget Me Not

Forget Me Not is an intimate study of two great friends: my daughter and my mother-in-law, who is living with dementia.

This ongoing body of work is both a celebration and an act of preservation — honouring the strength of generational bonds and the quiet, enduring wisdom passed between women. It explores the evolving nature of memory, where moments are sometimes vivid, sometimes elusive, and often shaped as much by feeling as by fact.

Through these images, I examine the intersections of time and identity, presence and absence. Forget Me Not invites viewers to consider how memory is held, shared, and sometimes lost — and how, within that fragility, love continues to endure.
